Helping babies and kids in a Roundabout way

December 17, 2019

Roundabout Canberra is a local Canberra charity which accepts and, by linking in with community organisations, distributes excellent quality baby and kids items.¬†ūüĎ∂
Year to date they have helped 973 children in Canberra!

Earlier this month I visited their facility at Kaleen Sports Club and was blown away seeing the generosity of the Canberra community but particularly the efforts of volunteers who make it all happen, processing the goods and preparing bundles in a highly organised fashion. Roundabout Canberra considers that all items they pass on are a gift, and only accept and distribute items of the highest quality.

Founder Hannah Andrevski was an ACT Local Hero finalist this year and won the Volunteering ACT Profound Influence Award - and for good reason!
