My petition has now closed. Thank you to everyone who signed my petition and threw their support behind it.

I am pleased that free wi-fi will be rolled out to Kippax - as well as to Jamison and Hawker shops, and the Belconnen Basketball Centre. This is in addition to it already existing in the Belco Town Centre. 

To top it all off, we've increased the download limit from 250MB a day to 1 gig a day - or 30 gigs a month!
